NORWAY — The Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine recently celebrated and honored its 62 volunteers with pins, key rings and certificates.

Volunteers serve on the Board of Directors, support the Center operations, lead a variety of activities, provide Reiki at the free clinics and serve on the Centers’ committees.

Special recognition went to four volunteers, Kathy Greenleaf, Mary VanNest, Sally Reis and David Wilson, who have been with the Center since they first opened in the fall of 2015.

The Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine, 199 Main St., offers a variety of programs as well as comfort items, free to anyone impacted by cancer. For information, visit www.crcofwm.org, find the center on Facebook or call 207-890-0329.
