GARDINER — Maine Event Comedy presents nationally touring comedian Nick Lavallee at Johnson Hall, Saturday, June 9 at 7:30 p.m. The show will feature Will Martin, Christopher Gagne and Dawn Hartill.

Thrice named New Hampshire’s Best Comedian, Lavallee has opened for Andrew ‘Dice’ Clay at Boston’s Wilbur Theater, and has performed at the Laugh Factory in Las Vegas, Hollywood and Chicago. His online content, including the music video “I Love You, Sally Struthers,” which starred the famous actress, has been featured on “Funny or Die” and “Rooftop Comedy.”

Boston’s Martin charms audiences across New England with the vibe of a childless fun dad. He’s performed at The Comedy Studio, the Motor City Comedy Festival, and the Women in Comedy Festival. He also co-produces “Pavement Comedy Night in Beantown.”

Gagne is a majestically bearded comic from Methuen, Massachusetts. He performs throughout New England and recently showcased his acting skill in the short film “Last Caress.” Gagne also starred in multiple commercials for WordStream Online Advertising.

Hartill, a mother to three teenage boys, enjoys sharing her observations on life, marriage and the experiences of trying to excel at motherhood. She took first-place in the 2016 Strand Cup Comedy Competition.

Johnson Hall Performing Arts Center is located at 280 Water St. Tickets are $16 for adults, $14 for seniors and may be purchased at www.johnsonhall.org. The show is for ages 21-and-older and doors open at 7 p.m. FMI call 207-582-7144.
