TURNER —  Maine State Police say an attempted overdose led them to a large stash of drugs, including LSD and hashish, at a home on Fern Street on Thursday.

Troopers say they responded to a report of a man attempting to overdose on drugs. The man was taken into protective custody and while doing so, evidence of drug activity was observed in the home, according to troopers.

Troopers said they found more than 150 doses of LSD, oxycodone, Xanax, hashish, 16 containers of concentrated marijuana and 7½ pounds of processed marijuana in the home after getting a search warrant.

There was no word on any arrest. No other details had been released.
