LEWISTON — Sunday, June 17, from noon to 4 p.m. is the next Sunday Indie Market, outdoors at Dufresne Plaza, 72 Lisbon St.

This month’s market will showcase more than 20 Maine artists and artisans, including regular favorites DuForge Studio, Quiet City Books, Downtown Handmade, Ramble Row, Instinctual Artistry, and No Frills. Offerings range from original art and prints, jewelry, stationery, baked goods, fiber arts, screen printed tees, body care, and more.

This month’s featured artisan is In Your Own Words, LLC. The company is proud to work with HIV-positive members of the community to craft inclusive, respectful LGBTQ greeting cards for any occasion. Made with vintage photographs from 1850-1950 and featuring loving people and relationships, they celebrate love in all forms and in your own words.  

Local musicians will be playing sets throughout the event, with Morgan Foss as the highlighted guest. A henna artist will be on hand.
