LIVERMORE FALLS — As part of a new outreach program called “Coffee with a Cop,” local police are meeting with community members to discuss what matters to them.

Topics can include: issues in the community, questions about how the Police Department operates or suggestions for how police can improve service to the community or any topic community members want to discuss.

Coffee will be provided at no cost. All are encouraged to participate, and officers will do their best to ensure everyone has a chance to speak to what is important to them.

The program is scheduled for:

• 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 27, at Fitness Stylz, 17 Depot St., courtesy of owner Tom Roy.

• 10 a.m. Saturday, July 7, at the American Legion Hall, 17 Reynolds Ave., courtesy of Donald Simoneau and American Legion Post 10.

• 10 am. Friday, July 20, at Mallard Mart, at 1247 Park St., courtesy of owner Nick Michaud.
