NORTH YARMOUTH — 80 junior disc golfers, aged 6 to 18, will compete in the first-ever Disc Golf Maine state championship at the Bittersweet Ridge Disc Golf, representing one of the largest single-day junior Disc Golf championships in the United States and the world. Sanctioned by the Professional Disc Golf Association, the event will feature players from all over New England, and as far away as Minnesota. It includes disc golfers who have already qualified to participate in the national and world championships.
