SOUTH PARIS — David Smith, 61, of South Paris passed away Wednesday, June 20, at his home.
He was born in Norway on June 4, 1957, the son of Calvin L. Smith Jr. and Wilda Brown Smith. He had been employed at Wilner Wood Products and at Willie’s Repair for many years. He loved racing, hunting, fishing and his grandchildren.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather Wilda and Sidney Dunham; his significant other of 18 years, Barbie Watkins, and her children; his children: Brandi Farrar and Anthony, Megan Smith, Dylan Smith and Devon Smith; his grandchildren: Brittany, Taylor, Ashlee, Braylon, Maddalyn, Jackson, Julianna, James, Jordan and Jacob; and one great-grandchild, Kendall; his brothers and sisters: Edward Smith, Charlotte Blier, Becky Smith and Carol Hadley; a half-brother, Clifford Smith; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by his father, Calvin Smith Jr., and his brother, Frank Smith.
