Class topics are:

• July 18 — History of Spiritualism with Barbara Eckhardt. Communication between man and the world of spirit is nothing new. All one needs to do is read through the Bible and find many references to this fact. Many other religious ancient texts reference this fact, too. But how does the ancient world pertain to the now? Join the presentation that differentiates between ancient Spiritualism and modern American Spiritualism.

• July 25 — Spiritual Healing with Scott Mills. Spiritual Healing has been a part of religious ceremonies for thousands of years and is still practiced today. Come learn about its history and join in on a healing demonstration and meditation.

• Aug. 1 — Introduction to Mediumship with Penny Frobese. “Thoughts are things” and the primary way the spirit communicates is through the mind. Thought forms desire, intention, consciousness and vibration; impacts how one communicates; and how the spirit communicates. The world of the spirit will be discussed and the various ways it manifests in lives.

• Aug. 8 — Mental Mediumship with Rose Osborn. This class will meet the participants at the level they are at in mental mediumship, which is the most common form of mediumship. The mediums communicate with spirits while fully conscious. As the word “mental” denotes, this form of mediumship uses the mind — the intuitive mind, not the rational or logical part. This type of mental mediumship falls into several distinct types, several of which are Clairsentience, Clairvoyance and Clairaudience.

• Aug. 15 — Physical Mediumship with Scott Mills. Mediumship is not only receiving messages from loved ones, it also involves physically observing them and witnessing the movement of objects. Join in for a discussion and documentary film on the Scole Experiments.

• Aug. 22 and 29 — Mediumship development exercise.
