DENMARK — Denmark Arts Center presents Molly Gawler’s “Droplet Dance” at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 13, and live music by Alternate Ending at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, July 14.
“Droplet Dance” is a show celebrating water with solo dance choreography by Gawler and traditional folk music. Fiddle tunes, circus acts, dance, story and song are integrated in a show for all ages. A sister duo brings a show of banjo and fiddle music, circus arts, comedic storytelling, song and dance.
A combination of mandolin, mandola, bass, fiddle and percussion, Alternate Ending features Christine Rogers on mandolin, mandola and lead vocals, Moe Baillergeon on bass and Vanessa Jones on fiddle, mandolin, percussion and backup vocals.
Tickets to see “Droplet Dance” and Alternate Ending are available for $15 for adults, $12 for seniors (65-plus) and $8 for kids (under 18). All tickets are general admission and concessions open at 7 p.m. Purchasing tickets in advance is strongly recommended.
