CARRABASSETT VALLEY — An annual summer art celebration with a wine and cheese reception for a local artists’ exhibit will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Friday, July 27, at the Carrabassett Valley Public Library & Community Center. The exhibition is on display through August at the Center.

The exhibit celebrates 19 local artists: Doug Archer, Betsy Bass, Peggy Bishop, Karen Campbell, Bailey DeBiase, Augusta French, Joe Gambino, Danielle London, Sue Murphy, John Pease, Marguerite Robichaux, Jill Snyder Wallace, Barbara Stewart, Lucia Swallow, Carol Tanner, Greg Thomas, Patty Thomas, Barry White and Waylon Wolfe.

The lobby is accessible 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Call 207-237-3535 for more information.
