AUBURN — Roland A. Bilodeau passed away at the Hospice House on Wednesday, Aug. 22. He was the son of Antonio and Lydia (Plamondon) Bilodeau.
Roland married Janice (Briggs) in 1954, and together they raised a large family. He graduated from the University of Maine at Orono with a degree in civil engineering, and later became part owner of R&R Construction.
He leaves behind his wife, Janice Bilodeau; and children: Elaine Wagg, Bruce Bilodeau, Susan Adams and Nancy Heidrich. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Jim Wagg, Josh Wagg, Eric Bilodeau, Christine Bilodeau, Alexia Adams, Mitch Adams, Landon Heidrich and Collin Heidrich; and great-granddaughter, Olivia Wagg.
As a family, we would like to thank the Central Maine Medical Center cardiac care team, Dr. William Lee and the Androscoggin Hospice House staff.
