AUBURN — MIKA’s Awesome After School & Summer Camp Program will hold a ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, at its headquarters, 386 Minot Ave. Refreshments will be served.
MIKA, short for Maine Isshinryu Karate Academies, is a full-service martial arts/sports-based after school and summer camp program. It offers free transportation from four Auburn schools to the location, including Fairview Elementary School, Park Avenue Elementary School, Sherwood Heights Elementary School and Walton Elementary School.
