DOVER, N.J. — The L/A Nordiques had nine goals scored by eight different players in a 9-1 victory over the Skylands Kings on Saturday.

Sam Frechette opened up the scoring in the first period, followed by a goal by Zach Mullen to give the Nordiques a 2-0 lead.

Two minutes into the second period, Joshua Sanchez scored for L/A to make it 3-0. That was followed by Joe Bisson’s first of two goals on the night, then JP Chauvin rounded out the scoring in the second period. L/A outshot Skylands 18-13 in the second period and 71-32 overall.

In the third period, Sergei Anisimov scored 10 minutes into the final frame to make it 6-0 in favor of L/A. Bisson scored again before Skylands got on the board via a Dylan Saccone goal to make it 7-1.

Cole Ouellette and Colby Audette rounded-out the scoring for L/A to win 9-1, a goal more than its 8-1 win on Friday. The Nordiques move to 5-0 on the young season and stay atop of the NA3HL Coastal Division.
