AUBURN — Ken Goodman of Auburn is organizing a Riverwalk Blues & Arts Festival from 2 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, at Festival Plaza.

The free community event will feature some of Central Maine’s favorite blues artists, including Juke Joint Devils, Continental Shakedown, Voodoo Clowns, Black Cat Road and more, plus family- and kid-friendly activities, including appearances from Pine State Heroes and Maine Ghostbusters. Food trucks, artist/craft exhibits and street performers will help make for a memorable day.

Once a goal is reached, all proceeds will go to An Angel’s Wing, an Auburn-based charity that helps find and finance appropriate treatment for clients suffering from opioid addiction.

A gift of any kind is appreciated. Contributions of $200 or more will get the contributor’s company logo placed on all promotional materials.
