LISBON — Beryl and George Karkos of Lisbon were honored on April 14 at the Village Inn Restaurant in Auburn with a delicious dinner in celebration of their 60th anniversary. Their closest family members were in attendance.
The event was hosted by the couple’s children, Pamela and husband, John Lizotte; George and wife, Sharron Karkos; and Ryan and wife, Monica Karkos. Also in attendance were some of the couple’s grandchildren, including Joshua Lizotte, Shane Lizotte and fiance Danielle Smith, Anthony Karkos, Brittany Karkos and partner Alex Wear, and Kyle Karkos.
The couple was married on April 12, 1958, at St. Cyril and Methodius Church in Lisbon Falls.
