OXFORD — Rose Phyllis Dow, 91, passed away peacefully at her home with family by her side, Tuesday, Oct. 2. Phyllis, a lifelong resident of Oxford, was born in Lewiston, April 25, 1927, to Leslie and Jane (Surrette) Pike.

She was predeceased by husbands Gordon Albert Pike, Fred Albert Rowe and Frank Burr Dow; sisters Joyce Pike and Juliet (Pike) Smith; and brother, John Raymond Pike.

She is survived by daughters, Mildred (Pike) Cummings, Betty (Pike) Curtis and husband, Carl, Dian (Rowe) Taylor and husband, Brad, and Sue (Rowe) Schnoor and husband, John; sons, Bion Pike and wife, Susan, Wayne Pike and wife, Patricia, and Bruce Rowe; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on the Skeetfield Road in Oxford. Arrangements are under the care of Oxford Hills Funeral Services, 1037 Main St., Oxford.
