Writer and photographer Elizabeth Rush will deliver the Otis Lecture at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, in Bates College’s Olin Arts Center Concert Hall. Rush’s book, “Rising: Dispatches From the New American Shore,” was excerpted by The Guardian and praised by the Los Angeles Review of Books.
