MONMOUTH — Audrey Fletcher had a goal and two assists to lead Monmouth to a 3-1 Class C girls’ soccer win over Hyde on Wednesday.

Tabbie Crawford added a goal and an assist and Alicen Burnham had a goal for the Mustangs (11-1). Emma Johnson made seven saves in the win.

Ingrid Schroeter scored Hyde’s (5-7) lone goal.

Hall-Dale 6, Mountain Valley 0

FARMINGDALE — Madisyn Smith had two goals to pace Hall-Dale to a 6-0 victory over Mountain Valley in girls’ soccer Wednesday.

Lilly Platt added a goal and an assist in the win, while Caden Wills, Isabella Marino and Sarah Benner each had a goal for Hall-Dale (10-3). Maggie Gross made nine saves.

Taylor Henry made 21 saves and Lilly White had four for the Falcons (1-11).

Mt. Abram 6, Dirigo 0

STRONG — Jade Davis scored a hat trick in Mt. Abram’s 6-0 girls’ soccer win over Dirigo on Wednesday.

Mt. Abram (10-4) also had two goals from Alice Cockerham and one from Kaylee Knight to cap off the scoring.

Dirigo (0-13) only got off one shot in the match.

Oak Hill 6, Carrabec 1

WALES — Eliza Whisenant scored four goals to lead Oak Hill to a 6-1 win over Carrabec in a girls’ soccer match Wednesday.

Emily Dillman and Gabrielle Chessie each scored a goal to contribute to the win for Oak Hill (11-2).

Carrabec (5-6-2) received its lone goal from Anastasia Quimby, who also saved seven shots as goalkeeper later in the game. Aislinn Slate also saved seven shots in the loss.

Oak Hill goalkeeper Paige Gonya saved three shots.

Field hockey

Gray-New Gloucester 4, Cape Elizabeth 1

GRAY — Maddie Post and Jasmine French scored unassisted goals, and Madelyn Cote assisted on goals by Zoe Barnes and Tiffany Ha as the Patriots (4-9) defeated the Capers (1-13) on Wednesday.

Isabel Berman scored for Cape Elizabeth.

Mack Baston made four saves for Gray-New Gloucester. Cape’s Christiana Pinette turned back 10 shots.

Yarmouth 3, Poland 1

YARMOUTH — Kyaira Grondin scored twice, both assisted by Winnie Leahy, as the Clippers (7-7) topped the Knights (7-7) on Wednesday.

Lydia Guay chipped in with an unassisted goal, and Yarmouth goalies Cayte Tillotson and Emma Walsh combined for seven saves.

Hwida Nawass scored for Poland, which got nine saves from Ashton Sturtevant.

Men’s soccer

Bates 1, Thomas 0

WATERVILLE — Jared Reeber knocked home a pass from Liam Goldfarb with 10:59 to play in the first half for the lone goal of the contest as the Bobcats (8-4) defeated the Terriers (10-3) in non-conference men’s soccer action Wednesday.

Jonathan Dutka recorded seven saves for Thomas, while Robbie Montanaro stopped all four shots he faced to record the shutout for Bates.
