LBRUNSWICK – Lorraine R. Theriault, 68, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, Oct. 7, 2018.
She was born in Brunswick on March 22, 1950, the daughter of Patrick A. and Violet L. (Beaudoin) Doiron.

She attended St. John’s Catholic School in Brunswick and Brunswick High School. She worked at Health-Tex on Church Road for a number of years, and also at J.J. Cleaners on Maine Street in Brunswick.

On Sept. 26, 1981, she married Jean Y. Theriault at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Brunswick.
Lorraine was a sweet, kind person who always had a smile and sought out the good in people and the world. She enjoyed watching television and spending time with her husband Jean. Her family always loved the chocolate chip cookie bars she would bake.

She was predeceased by her mother, Violet Doiron; and her stepson, Alain Theriault.
Surviving are her husband of 37 years, Jean Y. Theriault of Brunswick; her father, Patrick Doiron of Brunswick; her brothers, Robert Doiron of South Portland, Paul Doiron of Brunswick and Daniel Doiron of Brunswick; her sisters-in-law,  Therese Theriault of Sherbrooke, Quebec, Ginette Martin of New Gloucester, Denise Theriault of Lewiston, Marcelle Theriault of Embden, and Raymonde Rioux of New Gloucester; her brother-in-law, Gaetan Theriault of Sabattus; and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, Oct. 18 at 1 p.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Church-All Saints Parish 132 McKeen St., Brunswick.
