• Joanne Oblenes-Peck, 29, of 122 Providence St., Portland, violating conditions of release, unlawful possession of heroin, 2:45 a.m. Monday on Pleasant Street. 

• Victor Kohutka, 55, of 1256 Libson St., operating after suspension, 3 a.m. Monday on Pleasant Street. 

• Kyle Howell, 28, of 143 Cottage St., leaving the scene of property damage accident, 12:39 p.m. Monday on Montello Street. 

• Casey Graham, 32, of 36 Shawmut St., warrant, unpaid fines and fees, 3:50 p.m. Monday on Shawmut Street. 

Auburn

• Jessica Saucier, 34, of 14 Chestnut St., violating conditions of release, 9:19 p.m. Sunday on Chestnut Street. 

• Jeremy Getchell, 38, of 29 Library Ave., warrant on affidavit-terrorizing, 6:30 p.m. Monday at Maine Medical Center. 

Maine State Police

• Dustin Child, 32, of 205 Jennings Road, Leeds, driving while intoxicated, 10:51 p.m. Sunday on Buckfield Road in Turner.

Accidents

• Vehicles driven by Hamza Abdi, 28, of Lewiston, and Abdimalik Alew, 17, of Lewiston, collided at 5:30 p.m. Friday on Chestnut Street. Abdi’s 2011 Chevrolet and Alew’s 2012 Toyota had functional damage. 

• A vehicle driven by Jessica Capen, 35, of Freeport collided with a vehicle driven by Saidi West, 33, of Lewiston at 3:35 p.m. Friday on Canal Street. Capen’s 2011 Honda and West’s 2013 Chevrolet had functional damage. 

• A vehicle driven by Martha Mitchell, 58, of Lewiston, collided with a vehicle driven by Norman Brown, 64, of Livermore Falls at 7:42 a.m. Thursday on Lisbon Street. A 2007 International owned by Pine Tree Waste of 30 Elm St., Mechanic Falls, and driven by Brown, had no damage. A 2000 Oldsmobile owned by Mitchel had functional damage.

• A vehicle driven by Nicholas Meserve, 34, of Lewiston struck the back of a vehicle driven by Kaltuma Bilal, 36, of Lewiston, 5:17 p.m. Thursday on Walnut Street. Bilal’s 2010 Chevrolet had functional damage. A 2016 Ford driven by Meserve and owned by the City of Lewiston was towed from the scene.
