LIVERMORE — Voters will decide next week whether to adopt a 180-day moratorium on allowing medical marijuana retail stores, dispensaries, testing facilities and manufacturing facilities.

“It gives us six months’ time for the Planning Board to figure out how and what the town can put into effect, Selectperson Tom Gould said at a public hearing Oct. 15. “It has no effect on any existing businesses.”

Voting will be held from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, at the Town Office/Fire Station Complex, 10 Crash Road.
