LEWISTON – Patrick W. Mynahan, 67 of Poland, died Tuesday Nov. 6, at Central Maine Medical Center after a very sudden illness. He was born in Louisville, Ky. on Dec. 26, 1950, a son of the late Maurice and Doris (Levesque) Mynahan.

He was educated in Lewiston and then went on to proudly serve his country in the US Army and served in Vietnam.

Pat married his true love, the former Sandra Lever on July 26, 1976. She predeceased him on July 9 of this year. Pat loved his kids and enjoyed following them in their sports when they were young, He coached and reffed for many years. He enjoyed being outdoors, being on his boat, Snowmobiling, four wheeling, and being in his garden. He also enjoyed his granddaughter Brenna and helping transport her to all her events. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather.

He is survived by his daughter Shannon Mynahan of Lewiston; his granddaughter Brenna Noyes of Lewiston; two sisters Kathy Delong and husband Tom of Co, and Eileen Cosby and husband Richard “Cos” of Co, a brother Jim Mynahan and wife Jenny of Auburn; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his son Brendan in 2003; his wife Sandy in 2018 and a brother Mike Mynahan.
