LEWISTON — Ken Albert, Androscoggin Home Healthcare + Hospice president and CEO, has been elected by the membership of the National Association for Home Care and Hospice to a three-year term on its board of directors.
The Washington, D.C. association is a nonprofit organization that represents the nation’s 33,000 home health care and hospice organizations. The association also advocates for the more than two million health care professionals who provide in-home medical care to more than 12 million Americans each year.
Along with its advocacy in all branches of government, the association provides information to help its members maintain the highest quality of care.
