LEWISTON – Kelly R. O’Halloran, 57, died Saturday Dec. 8, 2018, at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston. She resided on Auburn Road in Peru.
Born in Rumford, on June 3, 1961, she was a daughter of Laurin “Ted” and Donna (Dow) Kaulback. Kelly was a graduate of Rumford High School and worked as a cook for the Norway Center for Health and Rehab and in various locations throughout the years. She loved spending time with family at camp, cooking, gardening and decorating.
Kelly was married in Newry, on April 16, 2005, to Jon O’Halloran who survives of Peru. Other survivors include her daughter, Jessica Farnum and fiancé, Matthew of Westbrook, a son, Cory Farnum of Washington State; her mother, Donna LeBlanc and her husband, Joe of Peru; three brothers, Jerry Kaulback and wife, Lori of South Hampton, Mass., Spencer Kaulback of North Carolina and Kevin Kaulback and wife, Leah of Rumford; grandchildren, Kelsea Lowell, Tracey Otis, Madison Otis and Reese Otis, all of Westbrook; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her father, Laurin “Ted” Kaulback.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Saturday December 15, at the MEADER & SON FUNERAL HOME, 3 Franklin Street, Rumford, with Rev. Glenn Carver officiating. Interment in the spring will be in the Demeritt Cemetery in Peru. Friends and family are invited to call at the funeral home 12-2 p.m. Saturday, prior to the funeral.
