• Ben Mosley, transient, domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing, 2:40 a.m. Monday on Fairmount Street. 



• A vehicle driven by Andrew Noniewicz, 55, of Greene, backed into a parked car owned by Tambra Schnitker, of Lewiston, at 6:02 p.m. Wednesday on Chadbourne Road. Noniewicz’s 2008 Chevrolet had minor damage. Schnitker’s 2010 Jeep had functional damage.


• A vehicle driven by Eugene Gomes, 37, of Turner Street, went off the road and hit a tree at 3:30 p.m. Friday on North Auburn Road. Gomes’ 2005 Toyota was towed.

• A vehicle driven by Jennifer Carrier, 37, of Westbrook, merged into a vehicle driven by Charles Gales, 28, of Auburn, at 12:22 p.m. Thursday on Union Street. A 2008 mecury owned by Carrier had functional damage. A 2018 Kia driven by Gales and owned by EAN Holdings, LLC, of Tulsa, Oklahoma had functional damage.

• A vehicle driven by Juila Frost, 19, of Auburn, lost control on slush and ice and struck a mailbox and a fence at 5:04 p.m. Friday on Riverside Drive. A 2006 Chrysler driven by Frost and owned by Vaughn Sawyer, of Auburn, had functional damage. Wood fencing owned by Andie Wishman, of 1471 Riverside Drive, and a mailbox and post owned by Laura Bliss, of 1481 Riverside Drive, were damaged. 

• A vehicle driven by Whalen Garett, 24, of Minot, backed into a car driven by Drew Anderson, 33, of Durham, at 10:07 a.m. Friday on Mount Auburn Avenue. A 2012 Ford driven by Garett and owned by Washburn and Son Excavating, of Minot, had minor damage. A 2012 Chevrolet owned by Anderson had functional damage.

• A vehicle driven by Matthew Bufton, 48, of West Boylston, Massachusetts, slid into a ditch at 2:55 p.m. Friday on Turner Road. A 2016 Ford owned by Bufton had functional damage. 

• A vehicle driven by Michael Hackney, 64, of Lewiston, hit a pole at 11:50 a.m. Friday on Mount Auburn Road. A 2014 Dodge owned by Hackney had functional damage. 

• A vehicle driven by Matthew Sawicki, 18, of Auburn, went off the road and hit a tree at 7:05 a.m. Friday on Lake Shore Road. A 2006 Subaru driven by Sawicki and owned by Matthew Sawicki, of Auburn, was towed. 

• A vehicle driven by James Sousa, 37, of Turner, went off the road and hit a sign at 6:35 a.m. Friday on Lake Shore Drive. A 2011 Nissan owned by Sousa had functional damage.

• A vehicle driven by Alishia Austin, 36, of Sabattus, slid backwards and hit a vehicle driven by Brett Buckley, 40, of Leeds. Buckley’s vehicle then hit Kyle Blaich, 19, of Brunswick, at 8:14 a.m. on Riverside Drive. A 2002 Volkswagen owned by Austin had functional damage. A 2010 Subaru owned by Buckley was towed, and a 2012 Toyota driven by Kyle Blaich and owned by James Blaich, of Brunswick, had functional damage.
