TURNER – Laurent P. Nadeau, 63, died Tuesday, Jan 1, 2019, after a long courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Lewiston, April 10, 1955, he was the son of Ange and Anita Nadeau, of Elliot Ave., in Lewiston.

Laurent worked for Sheet Metal Workers International Association, Local Union 17, for 25 years, before retiring. He was a ‘jack of all trades’, keeping busy at all times. He loved animals and his dog, Marden. He loved the outdoors, four wheeling, and spending time with his daughter, Jamie, and grandchildren. He was especially grateful to his wife, Sarah, for her continual support, during the last years of cancer.

He is survived by his wife, Sarah Nadeau and her sons, Jacob R. Breton, Charles R. Bussiere; mother-in-law, Clarissa Collins; father, Robert Bussiere and wife, Anita; daughter, Jamie Couture; granddaughters, Serenity and Anika Couture; sister, Jacqueline Allaire, and husband, Gene, of Jay, four brothers, Richard Nadeau and wife, Barbara, of Minot, Marty Nadeau and companion, Debbie, of Auburn, Normand Nadeau and wife, Tina, of Auburn.

He was predeceased by his parents, Ange and Anita Nadeau.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Feb. 9, at the VFW on Minot Ave., in Auburn, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
