Emergency personnel talk to drivers involved in an accident at Russell and College streets in Lewiston on Tuesday afternoon. Police Sgt. Wayne Clifford identified the drivers as Jillian Choiniere, 40, of Auburn in a Volkswagen Passat, Salah Adbullahi, 35, of Lewiston in a 2014 Altima and Meaghan Vallee, 39, of Lewiston in a Dodge van.
