Angelica Hagan, Nae Lee Ray and Brinley Hanson, who have Tuesday off from Lewiston High School on account of teacher workshops, walk through Kennedy Park in Lewiston bundled up in blankets. They checked the weather before they went out, saw below zero temperatures with the wind chill and decided to bundle up as well as they could.
