PORTLAND – Luanne (Jones) Stiles, 65, a resident of Livermore Falls, passed away, Saturday, Jan. 26, Maine Medical Center in Portland, surrounded by her loving family. She was born Dec. 25, 1953, in Rumford, the daughter of Louis Jones and Louise (Strout) Jones. Luanne was a 1972 graduate of Livermore Falls High School. She served in the U.S. Army from 1975 to 1977. Luanne went to work for International Paper Company in Jay and retired in 2010.

She was a member of the International Paper Company Quarter Century Club, Moose Hill Baptist Church and the George Bunton Post 10 American Legion. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, listening to music, dancing and time spent quietly at home.

She is survived by her son, Marcus Stiles of Eustis; her brother, Martin Jones and his wife Carol of Franklin, N.H.; stepfather, Eddie Field of Livermore Falls; stepbrother, stepsisters; and her nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents.
