BOSTON, Mass. – Marcia Lynn Gagne, 59, of Greene went to be with the angels on Saturday, Feb. 02, 2019, in Boston, Mass.

She was born Jan. 21, 1960, in Lewiston, to Richard and Helen Strout Dunn.

Marcia attended Poland Community School, Gray New Gloucester and later earned her certification as a Licensed Pharmacy Technician.  She enjoyed camping, motorcycle riding, snowmobiling, reading, music and was an avid bird watcher. She will forever be known for her infectious laugh, her smile, love for her family and her unwavering spirit.

Marcia was preceded in death by her first husband, Dana Bruce Durgin; father, Richard E. Dunn, stepfather, Walter “Pete” Sleeper, father and mother-in-law, Raymond and Geraldine Gagne; a brother, Kerry Jon Dunn, a very special brother-in-law and angel, Lloyd “Chip” Boyd Jr.; and her beloved dog, Molly Pop.

Left to cherish her memory is her soulmate and husband of 39 years, Arthur R. Gagne; daughters, Danielle Lee Durgin, Devon Rose (Gagne) Atwood, Destiny Grace Gagne, a stepson, Douglas Hale Gagne; grandchildren, Kayleen Fellows, Logiyn Withey, MacKenzie Wadsworth, Izabella Gagne and Brynn Atwood; her mother, Helen A. Sleeper; sisters, Debra E. Boyd, Kristine C. Simmons, Reginald “Scott” Dunn, Joyce E. Dunn, Diane K. Dustin, a host of family to include in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many life long friends.

Visitation will be held at The Fortin Group/Plummer Merrill Funeral Home in Auburn on Friday evening from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 2 p.m.  Committal Services will be held in the Spring at Valley Cemetery in Greene.
