LEWISTON — The Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce is hosting a free seminar Thursday, Feb. 21, on the advantages of hiring someone with a criminal record
“Working the Workforce: Benefits of Hiring an Individual with a Criminal Record” will be held from noon to 1 p.m. at the Chamber Community Conference Room, 415 Lisbon St. Bruce Noddin, founder of the Maine Prisoner Re-entry Network, will be the presenter.
Interested business owners, managers, or human resources professionals with employment challenges are invited to attend. Everyone is encouraged to bring a lunch.
