Claudette Coy reacts as she opens her front door on Lower Street in Turner on Thursday morning and learns that she was receiving a free tank of oil from Murray-Heutz Oil & Propane of Turner in addition to flowers and a box of chocolates delivered by David Richard, right. For the fourth year in a row, Maine Energy Marketers Association has organized the event with it’s members to deliver free oil and propane to some of their loyal customers who they felt would benefit the most from the kind gesture.
