Workshop agenda includes discussion of a possible agricultural advisory committee and a proposed age-friendly ordinance. Regular agenda includes amending the city’s action plan to divert funds to the Auburn Senior Community Center project, and a vote to refer proposed agricultural zone ordinance changes to the Planning Board and Maine Department of Agriculture.

LEWISTON — School Committee, meeting, 6:45 p.m., Dingley Building. Agenda: approval for percent for art in new Connors Elementary School building, vote on establishing a Poverty Awareness Subcommittee, and report from Visual and Performing Arts building subcommittee. There will be a 5:30 p.m. reception with the Lewiston Education Association, and a workshop from 6 to 6:45 p.m. on expeditionary learning by Lewiston Middle School staff.

AUBURN — Auburn Housing Authority board of commissioners, 7:30 a.m. in the main office at 20 Great Falls Plaza.

AUBURN — School Committee and City Council, 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Auburn Hall. Joint workshop to discuss the new Edward Little High School. School Committee meeting at 7 p.m.

LEWISTON — L-A Complete Streets Committee, 6 p.m. in the administrator’s conference room at City Hall.
