LIVERMORE FALLS — Treat Memorial Library has had a busy year so far adding new books to their collection. There is something for everyone — fiction, cookbooks, graphic novels, biographies, mysteries, boardbooks for preschoolers, and much more. The library has also announced its scheduled events for March.

Preschool Story Time — Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. Time for sharing stories, activities and crafts.

Lost My Stitches — Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. The knit/crochet group is open to both the experienced and newcomers. Folks are invited to bring questions and share their creations.

LEGO Club — Saturday, March 16, at 10:30 a.m. This month’s challenge will be the game Disaster Island — players will build a dessert island, draw a card and build their way out of disaster.

Book Club — Thursday, March 14, at 3 p.m. The club will continue its discussion of “Lonesome Dove” by Larry McMurtry. The series on selections from PBS’s “The Great American Read” will continue in April with “To Kill a Mockingbird” (voted America’s best loved novel). Let staff know if you are interested in joining the discussion and need a copy of the book.

The activities calendar is always available at the circulation desk.
