LISBON FALLS – Rae A. Doboga, 89, of Lisbon Falls, passed away at her home on Wednesday Feb. 27, 2019. She was born in Boston, Mass., on Aug. 20, 1929, the daughter of the late Ralph and Marion (Brett) Morong. At a young age, she moved to Lisbon Falls, Maine, where she would continue her education in local schools. She was a graduate of Lisbon High School. On April 18, 1951, she married Andrew Doboga in Lisbon Falls and they started a family together. During that time, she spent many years as a “Navy wife” moving and traveling around the country and then eventually returning to Lisbon Falls upon her husband’s retirement from the Navy in 1968. Rae enjoyed spending quality time with her family and traveling with her husband to various locations around the world.She is survived by her two children, Nancy Doboga of Portland, Maine, and Mark Doboga and his wife, Brenda, of Vancouver, Wash. She also leaves behind her grandson, Evan Doboga and his wife, Rachel, of Vancouver, Wash. She was predeceased by her husband Andrew in 2007, her two sisters, Muriel and Nancy and her two brothers, Gene and Brett.
