Two children from Walton Elementary School were chosen this year for the second annual Christmas shopping trip to Maine Gourmet Chocolates in Auburn. Principal Mike Davis chose two boys this year who have shown kindness, compassion and all-around good behavior while at school. Each boy received a large Willy Wonka chocolate golden ticket and were invited to shop on Dec. 24 — the final day of the holiday candy season. Each was given a basket and was allowed to fill it to the brim with any candy in the store. Shown with their goodies are Nicholas Poland and Trent Hartford.
