Tim Spohrer works on a St. Patrick’s Day display Thursday in the front window of Dube’s Flower & Gifts on Lisbon Street in Lewiston. “It’s a good day to be inside,” Spohrer said while referencing the heavy rain and winds outside. As always, St. Patrick’s Day is March 17.
