LEWISTON — Chambers USA has selected three Berman & Simmons attorneys to be honored for their distinguished legal service.

Jodi Nofsinger, Benjamin Gideon and Susan Faunce are recognized as distinguished lawyers in the category “Litigation: Medical Malpractice & Insurance – Maine.”

Gideon has been admitted to the Inner Circle of Advocates and is only the second lawyer in Maine history invited to join this group.

Nofsinger is highly regarded for her work representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice and wrongful death claims.

Chambers also recognized attorney Faunce as “Up and Coming” for her medical malpractice litigation expertise.
