Jeanne A. Corriveau

AUBURN – Jeanne A. Corriveau, 90, a resident of Lewiston, passed away peacefully Friday March 5, 2021, at the Hospice House following a long illness.

She was born in Lewiston Jan. 17, 1931, the daughter of Donat and Alice (Perreault) Gagne.

Jeanne was the widow of the late Levite Corriveau who died in 1998.

She loved shopping especially for clothes and jewelry. She loved going camping with friends, and she especially loved everyone’s little babies. She also loved interacting with family playing cards and board games.

Survivors include one son, Louis Corriveau of Lewiston, two daughters, Pauline Doyon of Greene and Doris Baxter and husband Jim of Lisbon; two brothers, Maurice and Gerard Gagne both of Lewiston.

Also surviving are seven grandchildren and many great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband, she was predeceased by two sisters, Yvette Morin and Cecile Helie as well as one brother, Leo Gagne.

A Mass of Christian Burial honoring Jeanne’s life will be celebrated 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 10, at Holy Family Church. Burial will be at St. Peter’s Cemetery.

Visitation will be held two hours prior to services at the Pinette Dillingham & Lynch Funeral Home 305 Alfred Plourde Parkway, Lewiston. All attendees are required to wear face coverings, and maintain social distancing per Maine CDC regulations during this pandemic.
