AUBURN – Christopher C. Leighton, 73, of Auburn died Thursday March 11, 2021 at Bolster Heights. He was born in Lewiston on Dec.12, 1947 and he was educated in local schools.

Chris proudly served his country in the US Air force. Chris was a kind and gentle man and was loved by his many care givers. During his many years living at the Intown Manor he enjoyed going for long walks in the park and surrounding area.

He was predeceased by his mother Ethel Leighton.

A graveside service will be held on Monday April 5 at 1 p.m. at Maine Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery Mt. Vernon Rd. Augusta. Arrangements are under the care and direction of The Fortin Group Funeral Home, Cremation & Monument Services 70 Horton St. Lewiston 784-4584.
