2020/21 Rangeley High School Girls Ski Team
Congratulations to Rangeley Lakes Regional High School Girls and Boys Ski Team Members for having a great season!
This year’s team members for RLRS High School Girl Ski Team Members Autumn Williams, Mya Laliberte, Emmarae MacFawn, Bristol Quimby, Jaxsyn Haley, Amelia Stokes, Breezy Quimby, Avery Flewelling and for the RLRS High School Boys Team were Charlie Pye, Daxxtyn Williams, Nathaniel Bliss, Tucker MacFawn.
The end of the season championship had the girls winning the Mountain Valley Conference (MVC) Title, capturing both the Slalom and the Giant Slalom title! Podium Finishes: Giant Slalom – SILVER Amelia Stokes. Slalom: GOLD Breezy Quimby, SILVER Amelia Stokes, BRONZE Autumn Williams. For the boys: Giant Slalom BRONZE Daxxtyn Williams, Slalom: GOLD Charlie Pye.

2020/21 Rangeley Alpine Ski Club
It’s worth it here to remember that without the volunteer efforts of the members of the Rangeley Alpine Ski Club (RASC), these kids would not be able to fully participate in the regular training needed for gold level competitive success.
RASC is fortunate to have head coach and program director Jeff Hawksley whose qualifications are extensive and include acting as a USSA International Level 500 Alpine Ski Coach, a USSA Level 3 Course official, Chief of Course, Chief of Race, and Jury Advisor. With over 30 years of experience working with athletes of all ages who have competed on not only local and regional, but national levels, Rangeley area kids are truly fortunate.
