LEWISTON – Noella (Pelletier) Ouellette, 84, passed away peacefully with her four daughters by her side on Tuesday, March 23rd, 2021.

She was born in New Brunswick, Canada on Dec. 21, 1936, daughter of the late Jean and Emelda Pelletier.

Noella married the love of her life, Maurice J. Ouellette on June 28, 1958. Who has been waiting for her in heaven since July 5, 1985.

She was a member of the Prince of Peace Parish at the Basilica of Ss. Peter and Paul.

Her biggest joys in life were her daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, Janet and extended family.

She cared for everyone, never complained or wanted to bother anyone. She was there to listen, console, pray, and she never forgot to send a card. She was always ready for a card game.

She is survived by her four daughters; Diane Madore and husband, Roland, Linda Goulet and husband, Bert, Terry Gustus and husband, Rory and Tammy Grondin and husband, Mark; six grandchildren: David Madore and wife, Jody, Michael Goulet and girlfriend, Kayla, Jennifer Pedersen and husband, Ben, Joseph Gustus, Joshua Grondin and wife Celina, and Matthew Grondin and girlfriend, Bri; five great-grandchildren; Cadence, Mackenzie, Kayleigh, Payton and Asher; two sisters, Sister Irene Pelletier FMA, and Joan Couturier.

In addition to her husband she was predeceased by her adored great-grandson, Cameron Maurice Madore; her brothers, Gerard, Roland, Benoit, and Albert; her sisters, Blanche, Bertine, Dora and Angeline.

She will be greatly missed by everyone whose life she touched.

A visitation will be held Friday, March 26, 2021 from 4-8 p.m., at The Fortin Group Lewiston. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021, at the Basilica of Ss. Peter and Paul at 11 a.m., followed by interment at St. Peter Cemetery.
