David M. Milbert

GREENE – David M. Milbert, 79, of Sanborn Road in Greene passed away March 28, 2021 at his residence after several months of declining health. David was born Feb. 21, 1942 in Martin’s Ferry, Ohio, a son of Anthony W. Milbert and Rita E. Beazel.He was educated in the schools of Martin’s Ferry and Fitchburg, Mass., graduating from Fitchburg Vocational School in 1958. On Sept. 10, 1960 he married Judith A. Kirouac of Fitchburg and together they raised their four children. They moved to Greene in 1971 and have resided there since until David’s passing.During his entire working lifetime, David was a well-known mechanic and jack-of-all trades. He would lend a hand to anyone who needed help or had a problem. He is survived by his wife Judith Milbert of Greene; his children David M. Milbert, Jr. of Greene, Marsha Poulin of Bridgton, Jodi Lucas of Auburn and Michael D. Milbert, Sr. of Greene; his grandchildren Mykul Rojas, Michelle Curtis, Mykealla Lucas, Maranda Milbert, Matthew Jones, Marissa Stevens, Nathan Vining, Michael Milbert, Jr., Davina Poulin and Dannyel Poulin; and his four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by five siblings, Alice, Antoinette, James, Nancy, and Mark. He was predeceased by brothers Anthony and Thomas.
