Blaine C. Bradeen, Sr.

LEWISTON – Blaine C. Bradeen, Sr., 75, a resident of Farmington, passed away Wednesday morning, April 14, 2021 at Central Maine Medical Center, surrounded by his son, his daughter and the mother of his children. He was born March 6, 1946, in Lewiston, the son of Everett and Mary (Franchetti) Bradeen.Throughout his life, he worked as a highly skilled diesel mechanic. Blaine loved everything about cars and engines and was the happiest under the hood of any vehicle. He was an avid fan of stock car racing and NASCAR.He is survived by his son Corey Bradeen and his wife Mary of Livermore, his daughter Denise Bradeen of New Jersey, their mother Bonnie Morris of Turner; his grandchildren, Amanda Richardson and her husband Justin of Leeds and Samantha Thibault of Turner and his precious great-granddaughter, Arabella Richardson, all whom lovingly referred to him as “Grampa Blaine”; his former wife Jo Bradeen and her adopted son Christopher of Auburn; his sisters, Anita Davis of South Paris and Lorraine Hodgson of Washington State, and his half brother Theodore “Teddy” Terezoni of Greene. He was predeceased by his son Blaine C. Bradeen, Jr. in 2019. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 20 at Keene’s Mills Cemetery, North Parish Road, Turner, Maine.Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at http://www.finleyfuneralhome.com.
