NORWAY — Join Erin Girzone from Good Health is a Habit on Zoom for live Functional Fitness classes in the comfort of your own home (**In-person classes to resume by mid-June).

If you have a LiveWell Card, you can “exchange” one of your sessions for a four-class pass! Contact Erin to set this up.

These classes are designed for seniors looking to maintain:

• Balance

• Coordination

• Bone density

• Mobility

• Cardiovascular strength

Ultimately the goal is to move well and maintain autonomy, right?! Erin will help you achieve this goal in a safe and effective manner. These classes start with a somatic movement practice to warm-up the body followed by aerobic movements to gradually bring up the heart rate. The second half of the class involves resistance exercises to build strength. A brief cool-down unwinds the body.

All you need is a chair, light weights (soup cans count!), and a band. The workout is centered around both seated and standing exercises.

Current Class Time:
(*Offered through Zoom only at this time.)
Fridays at 9 a.m.

Private Functional Fitness Assessments by Erin with the Live Well Card: In these 60-minute sessions, Erin Girzone will design a program to meet your specific needs. She will address these needs using a variety of modes of functional movement that will help you:
