LEWISTON — Rinck Advertising, a full-service marketing agency based in Lewiston and Annapolis, Maryland, recently promoted six employees.

Rinck CEO Peter Rinck announced the promotions of Lisa Ardia, senior web marketing manager; Jessica Cote, senior digital media manager; Kelly Lunnie, art director; Jake MacGillivary, senior art director and creative services manager; Kristy Phinney, senior director of client strategy; and Jarett Schadlich, senior web developer.

Ardia has been with Rinck for eight years and began her tenure on the web development team before moving to the digital media team. Her expertise in search marketing, e-mail marketing and programmatic advertising has helped create award winning campaigns for Maine Center for Disease Control, Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife and FoodScience Corp. Ardia lives in Minot.

Cote began her second stint with Rinck in 2017. As a senior web marketing manager, she has led the company’s digital shopper marketing programs, specifically on the Amazon and Walmart.com platforms. Her strengths in media analysis, strategy and executing the latest e-commerce trends help make successful campaigns across the agency’s consumer packaged goods clients, including Dove, Vaseline, VetriScience, Pet Naturals and Colman’s Mustard. Cote lives in Auburn.

Lunnie was hired by Rinck in 2017 and held the role of graphic designer before her promotion. Her talent for art and design, collaboration and campaign execution has made her an important part of the Rinck creative team. Most recently, Lunnie co-directed several award-winning campaigns, including VetriScience’s Healthy & Happy Campaign, which received a 2020 Silver Davey Award for Integrated Campaign, and the Maine CDC’s Times Have Changed Campaign, which was the winner of the 2020 Gold Davey Award for Websites in the Social Responsibility category. She lives in Lyman.

As a senior member of Rinck’s creative team, MacGillivary has played a key role in his decade of work with the agency, enhancing the image of clients through broadcast and digital advertising, websites and video. He brings a combination of creative sensibility and technical proficiency that leads to beautiful creative pieces that help clients achieve their strategic goals. He has more than 20 years of experience and has led campaigns for the University of Southern Maine, Northern New England Passenger Rail Authority and Maine CDC. MacGillivary lives in Minot.

Phinney first joined Rinck in 2004 and has overseen promotional events, social media marketing, digital projects and account strategy during her time with the company. Phinney’s new role will bring her experience to bear against client strategies and consumer behavior, provide departmental insights and ensure Rinck is delivering on company philosophies and processes. She has contributed to successful campaigns for Gorton’s Seafood, Dean Foods, American Beverage Corp. and Garelick Farms. Phinney lives in Auburn.

Schadlich joined Rinck in 2015 as a front-end web developer. During his tenure he has shown a talent for tackling complex challenges and has taken on larger front-end and back-end components of websites. In particular, Schadlich has led the conception, design, programming, and launch of Maine CDC campaign websites since 2019. He lives in Auburn.
