LEWISTON — Friends and family of David Glenn, 44, gathered to pay tribute to his life on Thursday. He died in a scooter vehicle accident earlier this week.

“He was a great man to look up to,” Adrian Simmons, a friend, said. “Always kind, always smiling.”

Glenn was pronounced dead a short time after his scooter collided with two SUVs.

A memorial with candles, balloons, and photos was made at the scene of the crash on Walnut Street.
