BETHEL — Rev. Charles Mason, Associate Pastor at the Bethel Church of the Nazarene is presently serving as pastor. He served here previously for 12 years.

Chuck is well known and active in the community, working as a school bus driver and a volunteer for the Greenwood Fire Department. He is excited to return to lead the church that has served four generations of his family.

Pastor Chuck is stepping in at a time when our country is recognizing the need to be unified. He believes people need to come together in faith. The congregation is mostly seniors, and he especially would welcome parents with young children in church. He feels that when families attend church together, they find support and encouragement, which is much needed today. We are praying for a revival!

The church building also houses the Bethel Food Pantry, which serves Bethel and the surrounding area. A growing and stronger church body is needed to assure the continuation of this building and the Nazarene Church for both the church and the food pantry and the community.

Pastor Chuck and Kathy Mason of Greenwood have been appointed at the church for one year.
