To the Editor:

The former home of the Franklin Grange, in Bryant Pond Village, was the gathering place for socializing and music. After the past year of isolation from those activities, we are cautiously moving forward to once again enjoy some old fashioned visiting.

Currently, the Town of Woodstock is looking for more suggestions for ways to use or repurpose the building. Ideas can be submitted by calling 665-2668, or stop by the Town Office.   Sessions on the Porch is an acoustic gathering, featuring traditional jigs, reels, and more, played at a lively pace.

Wipe the dust off the strings, rosin up the bow and come prepared to spend some time playing familiar tunes and seeing some familiar faces, June 13 and 27, and July 11 and 25, 6:30-8 p.m. Follow our FB page, Sessions on the Porch in Bryant Pond, or call Monica 207-381-7730.
