· July 3rd – RHW’s 23rd Annual Duck Race Haley Pond outlet, Saturday July 3rd at 10:00 am. Over 50 prizes awarded for this fun family event following the annual “doll carriage” parade!

· July 4th – Stars and Stripes 5k /10k Run or Walk, family friendly for both serious runners and walkers alike. One mile Fun run for kids also offered. Register online at rrhwp.org. Race starts at 9:00 am.

· Children learn best by doing. Our updated CIA Summer Camp will provide activities focused on physical activity, engagement with the outdoors, creative arts, and learning about healthy food habits. Our children’s programs are built from framework that will teach children to develop the tools they need to grow individually and as part a group, promoting independence to learn how to make choices that benefit both physical and emotional health. Our themed activities give children something to look forward to each week, ensuring a component of physical activity, creative expression, and nutrition. · Summer Soccer Camps – Rangeley Health & Wellness’s Challenger Sports Soccer Camp is returning this summer! This intensive Soccer camp takes place on our Athletic Fields for two weeks every summer. 2021 registration is open, and those who register now will receive a FREE personalized poster while stocks last, the option of a FREE replica jersey as well as the camp t-shirt and soccer ball which will be received on the first day of camp. · Youth Swimming Lessons – Our youth swim lessons are offered to beginners, as well as intermediate swimmers. Beginner level classes are taught to help swimmers feel comfortable in the water and learn necessary skills for water safety, while intermediate lessons are to help swimmers develop endurance and learn proper stroke technique.

· Rangeley Teen Adventure Outings – At Rangeley Health and Wellness Center, our Teen Adventure Outings program aims to teach healthy lifestyle habits to enhance physical and emotional health, all while giving teens an opportunity to interact, learn new skills and have fun! Each month a new outing will be offered to local teens to participate in enriching new activities. Interested in learning more?
